Returns and Exchanges
NO RETURNS ON ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS. NO RETURNS ON ANY HELMET OR SAFETY DEVICE. NO RETURNS ON ANY CLEARANCE ITEMS.
General: All returns must be pre-authorized and must be postmarked no later than 15 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions, price tags and be complete with original packing material. Original packaging can not have any writing on it and must be packaged in a second box or envelope for return address information and shipping. Returns are to be in NEW and UN-USED condition, period. Parts that have a retail price below $5.00 are not eligeable for return. WNYCYCLE reserves the right to refuse a return for any infringement of the above listed guidelines.
Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
Returns MUST be pre-authorized and have a return authorization R/A# assigned for tracking. Please contact WNYCYCLE's on-line order department at 716-625-6111 for return authorization information.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card. Once an order is submitted it is an official order and a restocking fee will be applied if it is cancelled before the items are shipped. If these items did not ship, no shipping charged would apply and will be credited in full.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge. No returns will be accepted after 15 days from date of customer receipt for any reason.
Incorrect Size: Risk free size exchange policy. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item, same color in a different size, one time only. Customer pays all shipping charges.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS US mail or Federal Express services. Insure shipment for full value of purchase as we are not responsable or liable for any loss during shipment return. Use original packaging.
Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Clearly mark your pre-authorized R/A# on the outside of the package and on your return receipt invoice. DO NOT WRITE ON THE ITEM TO BE RETURNED.
